HOOHLU was founded in London by Grace Wong. A graduate of the University of the Arts London (UAL) and an interior designer for private residences in Kensington and Chelsea, Grace brings a disciplined, curator’s eye to home decor. Her work is informed by a lifelong passion for travel—not merely to see the world, but to source specific regional craftsmanship and rare materials. HOOHLU is the result of this pursuit: a brand that bridges the gap between cultural heritage and the rigorous demands of modern interior design.

At the core of our collection is "The Silhouette"—a modern reimagining of the iconic Gourd. Stripped of traditional folklore, the form stands as a study in pure balance. The curve flows into the line, creating a rhythm of grace that fits seamlessly into contemporary settings. We view this silhouette as a vessel of Symbolic Energy. It is designed to do more than decorate; it introduces a sense of flow and mindfulness, offering a quiet visual anchor in a busy space.

HOOHLU defines luxury through texture and detail. Grace selects materials that speak to the senses: fine porcelain for its warmth, Liuli crystal for its play of light, and hand-applied 24K gold for brilliance.
