2. Order Processing & Handling
Because our objects—including hand-gilded porcelain and Liuli crystal—require careful inspection and bespoke secure packaging, we adhere to a strict dispatch schedule.

Handling Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
