Product Care
Burn Safety: Always keep burning candles within your sight. Never place a lit candle near flammable objects, explosive materials, or drafts.
Safe Handling: Never move a candle while it is burning. Avoid touching the vessel when the wax is liquefied, as the porcelain can become hot.
Optimal Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (ideally 15°C-20°C). Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Sunlight Protection: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or strong spotlights to prevent the natural color of the vessel and wax from fading.
Air Bubbles: You may notice small bubbles in the wax during burning. This is caused by air trapped during the artisanal pouring process and will dissipate naturally without affecting performance.
Natural Wax Characteristics: As we use a premium natural plant wax blend, the surface may develop "frosting" (crystals) or slight softening due to climate changes. This is a mark of natural purity, not a defect.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.
What if the item I received is damaged?
For this situation, please kindly reach us service@hoohlu.com with the related order number and the pictures or unpacking video of the related products within Five (5) WORKING DAYS from the date of delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
