Product Care
1.Always keep burning candles within your sight. Never place a lit candle near flammable or explosive materials.
2.Do not move a candle while it is burning. Avoid touching the candle when the wax is liquefied.
3.Store in a dry place at 15°C–20°C, away from children and pets.
4.Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
5.Small bubbles may appear in the wax during burning—this is caused by air trapped during pouring and will dissipate naturally, without affecting performance.
6.As natural plant wax is used, the surface may develop fragrance oil crystals or slight softening due to climate conditions.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.
What if the item I received is damaged?
For this situation, please kindly reach us service@hoohlu.com with the related order number and the pictures or unpacking video of the related products within Five (5) WORKING DAYS from the date of delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
