What if the item I received is damaged?
Given the fragile nature of our vessels, we provide a Break-Free Guarantee. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at service@hoohlu.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the damaged piece and packaging for an immediate free replacement or refund.
What is the return policy?

Are your products truly handmade?
Yes, our collections celebrate artisanal heritage. From the hand-painted gold rimson on our porcelain candles to the complex lost-wax casting (Pâte de Verre) of our Liuli crystal, each piece undergoes rigorous craftsmanship. Because they are finished by hand, you may notice slight variations in colour or texture. These are not flaws, but the hallmarks of handmade art, making your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
What if the item arrives damaged? Is the shipping secure?
We use premium reinforced packaging to ensure safety. However, if an accident happens during transit, please contact us immediately. Simply email us a photograph of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery at service@hoohlu.com, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund. There is no need to return the broken pieces.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 business day (order cut-off at 12:00 AM Midnight, Mon–Fri). Standard transit takes 3 to 5 business days for the United Kingdom, and 4 to 18 business days for the United States. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking credentials as soon as your acquisition is dispatched.
Is it suitable for gifting? Does it come with a box?
Absolutely. Our items come in premium gift boxes, perfect for gifting directly. If you require a personal note included, simply leave your message in the notes section at checkout, and our client concierge will handle the rest.
What is your return policy?
